Repair Policy + Pricing
1. Eligibility: Our repair services are available for products purchased directly from our website, www.nspreelectronics.com or www.nsprelifestyle.com. Devices eligible for repair include all NSPRE Smart Glasses and
2. Pricing: Our repair pricing is transparent and competitive. Upon receiving your device and diagnosing the issue, we will provide you with a detailed cost estimate for the repair. This estimate includes labor, parts, and any applicable taxes. You will have the opportunity to approve the estimate before any repairs are conducted.
Smart Glasses Leg replacement will vary between $35-$40 depending on the model you have. Please note that both legs on Smart Glasses will have to be replaced due to the syncing of the Smart Glasses Legs.
All NSPRE Smartphone repairs will vary heavily on issue but can range from $75+.
Earbuds are currently not available for repairs.
3. Turnaround Time: We understand the importance of having your devices back in working order as soon as possible. Our standard turnaround time for repairs is  business days from delivery to us. Please note that more complex repairs or those requiring specialized parts may take longer. We will provide you with an estimated completion date upon assessment.
4. Expedited Repairs: If you require your device to be repaired urgently, we offer expedited repair services for an additional fee. This option may allow you to have your device repaired within  business days.
5. Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping their devices to us for repair. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
6. Quality Assurance: All repairs are carried out by our skilled technicians using genuine parts (where available) and approved repair methods. We ensure the highest standard of workmanship to restore your device to its optimal condition.
7. Accidental Damage and Out-of-Warranty Repairs: Accidental damage and repairs outside the warranty period are still eligible for our repair services. The pricing for these repairs will be provided in the detailed cost estimate. Please note that accidental damage is not covered by the standard warranty.
8. Customer Communication: Throughout the repair process, we will keep you informed of the status of your repair. If any unexpected issues arise during the repair, we will contact you to discuss the options before proceeding.
